Great work, and on time.
George - Central Point, OR
Both men were on time, very knowledgeable on the equipment they were working on, and even changed my filters in the house for me. We are new to Medford and Stone Heating went far beyond my expectations.
Very easy to work with

The installers were on time, worked hard all day, and did a fantastic job. They kept me informed of their progress and even showed me exactly what was happening with my new air duct installs. I really appreciated that!

Every once in a while a company gives the kind of service that tells you, that people still care and are willing to go out of there way to make things right. Matt and his crew did just that. Great Job Stone Heating and Air!!!

Having your air conditioning shut down right in the middle of a heat wave is no fun. One uncomfortable night was all I wanted. I figured the waiting list would be years long. I called Stone Heating and Air and they got right on my situation. They arrived on time and got right to the diagnosis. I was fearing the worst. They found that a $2.99 switch had gone out! That was the root of my problem. They also uncovered other potential issues developing that I had no idea about. I learned that I have not been cleaning out my filters nearly enough. They had my air conditioning running at top performance before the heat of the day had taken hold. Would I recommend them? In a New York second! Great guys to deal with and they really do put service, real customer focused service into what they do.

Technician Westensee very courteous and thorough.
Excellent service! Knowledgeable staff!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge of your team. Shortly after I called for an appointment, Dave and Gino did a thorough inspection of my system and explained all of the areas that needed repair or replacement. They gave me the short and long-term options and the benefits of both. HVAC is not something I know a lot about so I had many questions and they listened to each one and gave well thought out responses and I appreciated their patience. Overall, it was a great experience! 5 STARS!! Highly recommend Stone Heating and Air!
Brian - Central Point, OR
Dave was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the system and his cleaning job was incredible. He was able to explain everything that he was doing and make it make sense for the general homeowner. Good Job guys!

Great service and great price
Great service, knowledgeable service technician.
Amanda - Eagle Point, OR
This was for our guest house heater. I was very happy with the service provided. They were on time, polite, and clean. They inspected the Monitor heater and then proceeded to clean it. Found that air intake hose had a crack in it and they were able to fix that. Will definitely use for

I could not have been more happy with the service, quality and honestly that I received from Stone Heating and Air. I will refer this HVAC company to all of my friends.
Installation of a new condensing unit. This unit is a heat pump working with a gas furnace so owners will have a “dual fuel” system meaning that the heat pump will provide until the temperature gets below 35 degrees and then the gas furnace can kick on maximizing efficiency for the system.
Installation of a new 4 ton (48,000 btu) air conditioner along with a new gas furnace. New homeowners will enjoy a more comfortable home with better energy efficiency than the previous system. In this picture you can see our technician's gauges hanging on the back of the unit. They are making sure there are no contaminents or leaks in the refrigeration lines before releasing the refrigerant that is in the new system.
Service call for no AC. Sometimes you see the oddest things. This one is a mouse that decided to try to crawl across the capacitor - didn’t make it. New capacitor and the air conditioner is working again. We see ants, frogs, rats, etc where they shouldn’t be causing simple headaches to peoples comforts!
Replacement of an existing 4 ton air conditioner with new as the compressor has gone out with this one. Will be installing a 13 SEER system which is minimum code but homeowner has sold home and the system went out just before closing on the sale. Even being minimum standard the new system will operate much more for entry than the existing did.
Changing out a compressor on an R22 system. Normally wouldn’t do this but due to the location, size, and other extreme circumstances we cannot simply change out the air handler so a new compressor with R22 refrigerant is the more economical decision on the commercial job.
Finishing a new Carrier Performance Air Conditioning install. This install has been a challenge with access for the interior unit as it is right in the attic but the high temperatures made the install harder than usual! Should have this new system up and running soon and they will have cool temperatures through the forecasted 100 degree temps for the weekend. Great job persevering for this install by Christian and Dave helping to finish up!
Estimate for replacement air conditioner. Customer had another company perform service call and rather than do a leak search filled refrigerant line with EZ Seal. Now system has to be replaced though system is 15 years old so it was getting close. Proposal will include option for new gas furnace.
