Installation of a new Carrier ductless system with 3 high wall heads. This system has the capacity for an additional 2 units should the owner want to add more in the future.
The existing thermostat developed a short due to corrosion that happened on the batteries. With the corrosion that shorted out the thermostat so replacement was necessary. This is a pretty simple thermostat. It is a Honeywell T6. It is important to know when replacing thermostats that you get the appropriate thermostat for the system that you have in your home.
Installation of new mechanical system including Mitsubishi ductless cassettes, HRV’s (heating recovery ventilator), and other venting for this commercial project.
Our residential crew has been working on the installation of a new Carrier heating and air conditioning system for this new addition/remodel project. Pictures are of the 2 stage gas furnace and when ready we will set the 2 stage air conditioner. Having a 2 stage system benefits our homeowner to maximize efficiency and works well with the zoning system we are putting in their home so they have temperature control with one system in different areas of the home. Picture shows just the beginning of our condensate drain line being ran. Great work Dave, Cavin, Shelby, and Jarrett!
Performing routine maintenance on this commercial system.
Service call for no heat in a commercial building. Found a bad inducer draft motor. This motor induces the pressure switch to start the system and then it pulls out unburned fumes and exhausts them. New motor got the system up and running so customer has heat.
Service call on a commercial rooftop unit that is a gas/electric system. Also providing owners an estimate for replacements as the systems are 22 years old. Typical life for an HVAC system is 20 years.
Installation of new Carrier Performance series gas furnace with an addition being built and the rest of the being remodeled. new system will be zoned providing comfort at levels the homeowner wants in different rooms. Just need to finish drains, line set, and wait for remaining construction to finish.
commercial service call for no AC. Customer noticed that there wasn’t any air flowing out of the supply registers throughout the building. Upon inspection found that the coil was frozen over. This was caused by the blower capacitor going bad. Without airflow over the coil the refrigeration causes the coil to freeze over. Without air circulating through the system the coil will freeze over pretty quickly. With a new capacitor and a new contactor the system is working as it should for the owner.
Installation of a new Carrier roof top unit (RTU) for this commercial client. The previous unit had finally work out. This new system required some metal fabrication amd duct work modifications but client and employees at the business will have proper heating and cooling!
