Andrew Shipley brings over a decade of hands-on experience to the HVAC industry and currently serves as the Commercial Division Manager and Project Manager at Stone Heating and Air. His career is built on a foundation of hard work, efficiency, and a deep commitment to serving others. Inspired at a young age by his father, Tom, Andrew learned the value of being hands-on and dependable, lessons that guided him from his start as an apprentice to where he is today.

In his leadership role at Stone Heating and Air, Andrew is known for his strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to foster strong relationships with both clients and team members. He takes pride in staying organized, meeting deadlines, and creating a positive work environment through clear communication and a can-do attitude. For Andrew, delivering a great customer experience means building trust, listening closely to customer needs, and always going the extra mile, because how you make people feel leaves a lasting impression.

Andrew’s passion for sports and the outdoors runs deep outside of work. He grew up playing nearly every sport, but his love for basketball led him to compete through college. These days, he still enjoys staying active and cherishes spending time with family and friends.
