Lyndsey Metcalf is the Director of Finance at Stone Heating and Air, leading the company’s Human Resources department. While she’s been in the HVAC industry for just over a year, Lyndsey has more than six years of specialized experience in accounting and HR from her time at Pressure Point Roofing. That foundation, combined with her strong work ethic and attention to detail, made her a natural fit for a leadership role at Stone.

Introduced to HVAC by Matt Stone, Lyndsey embraced the opportunity to grow with the company and now plays a key role in keeping financial operations running smoothly while fostering a supportive, people-first culture. Her ability to multitask, solve problems, and communicate clearly helps her serve the business and its employees with integrity and care.

Lyndsey believes the secret of delivering an excellent customer service experience lies in turning customers into true fans—not just of the product, but of the people behind it.

Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys kayaking, gardening, and spending time at the coast, where she can relax to the sound of crashing waves. She also loves music and going on adventures with her husband.
