Justine McCoy brings a wealth of experience in dispatching and operations management to the team, providing the organizational backbone necessary to handle even the most complex situations. Although this marks her first chapter in the HVAC industry, she was personally recruited by Matt Stone for the Dispatcher/Service Manager role. Justine accepted the challenge with enthusiasm, knowing her deep background in operations would be a vital asset to the company’s growth and professional standards.

Justine believes that the secret to a 5-star customer experience lies in the power of clear communication and active listening. By truly understanding a customer’s needs and pairing that with meticulous attention to detail and timely service, she ensures that every interaction exceeds expectations. Her ability to solve problems on the fly keeps the daily workflow smooth and ensures that every customer receives the high-level care they deserve.

Beyond her professional technical skills, Justine is known for her character. Friends describe her as selfless and genuinely kind—the type of person who is always there with a listening ear and a “heart as big as the sky.” This natural empathy makes her an incredible advocate for both our customers and our field technicians.

When she isn’t keeping things running smoothly at the office, Justine embraces life in the fast lane and the slow lane alike. She loves spending quality time with her family, riding Harleys, and enjoying the water during the summer months—with “floating” being her favorite way to relax.
