Crawling under houses and learning hands-on from a young age sparked a lifelong passion for the mechanical trades.
After high school, Tom attended the Oregon Institute of Technology, where he studied mechanical engineering and played football. Throughout his career, he has developed deep technical expertise and a reputation for delivering high-performing, efficient systems tailored to each project’s needs. He also dedicated 12 years to teaching in Oregon’s HVAC apprenticeship program, mentoring the next generation of skilled professionals.
Tom is known for his ability to assess and recommend the best systems for long-term performance and customer satisfaction. He collaborates closely with owners and architects on design-build projects, emphasizing clear communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.
He believes the foundation of a successful company and providing excellent customer experiences lies in well-trained, dedicated personnel, honest communication, and anticipating customer needs before they arise.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family, including his four wonderful grandchildren. Friends describe him as outgoing, energetic, friendly, and hardworking. He prides himself on being dependable, timely, and always committed to doing the job right.
