
Dave Westensee is the Service Manager at Stone Heating and Air, where he brings technical know-how, leadership, and a solutions-focused mindset to every job. Dave is known for his attention to detail and ability to truly listen to customer concerns—qualities that help him diagnose issues efficiently and ensure top-quality service.
Dave began his HVAC career under the guidance of his father, Scot, who sparked his early interest in the trades. When Scot’s company was acquired by Matt Stone in 2019, Dave came on board and has been a core part of the Stone Heating and Air team ever since. He also completed the Service Technician Apprenticeship, developing the expertise needed to serve residential and commercial systems confidently and carefully.
He believes delivering a great customer experience means showing up with honesty, integrity, and reliability—values he demonstrates daily through clear communication and dependable service.
Dave enjoys working on cars outside of work, whether it’s basic repairs or complete custom builds. Known among friends as an outgoing, fun-loving jokester, Dave brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every challenge, making him a trusted leader and an essential part of the Stone Heating and Air family.
